• Full first month’s rent is required within 3 business days after approval. A unit can only be held for a maximum of 14 days from the date the application is submitted.

Applicant must have:

• Valid Government Issued I.D.
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Income (1 Month)
• Pay check stubs, financial aid award letter, bank statements, government financial assistance statements, etc.
• *Household must have a combined gross income of 2.5 times the rent total, in order to qualify.
